Our Retail Division was established in October 2004. Our clients exist within a number of sectors, including Fashion, Department Store, Food, FMCG, Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, Homeware and Food retailers throughout the UK and Ireland. Our consutants are fully CIPD qualified and have previous experience within industry roles such as HR Manager with Marks & Spencer.

The retail Market is no different to others in that it's ultra competitive with a number of large national businesses specialising in the field. It's highly PSL driven and really recovering from a downturn in trade over the last 2 years. Clients that we deal with appreciate the fact that we interview candidates using a competence-based approach.

We make it our business to consistently identify the right opportunities for our candidates, proactively introducing candidates to clients on a speculative basis. We recruit from Assistant Store Management to HR General Management in locations throughout the UK and Ireland.
