The Oil & Gas division at First People Solutions is part of the First People TEC Group.  First People’s Technical, Engineering and Construction team was established with the company in 1998.  The division has a team based in the Glasgow office, as well as two complementary bases in southeast England with established firms First People Tudor Personnel and (more recently) Jobact Petroleum Ltd.

First People TEC Group’s Oil & Gas division covers the full spectrum of the oil and gas industry and, as the specialist in your field, is able to offer personnel from blue collar to design engineers and project managers to chief executives.

Tudor Personnel

In 2005, Tudor Personnel was acquired by First People Solutions to complement the technical engineering team in Glasgow.  First People Tudor Personnel has over 20 years recruiting experience in heavy industries, during this time developing an in depth knowledge of the industries and sectors they serve. Through their office in Surrey they provide a complete range of personnel services covering contract, staffing, permanent and overseas staff recruitment solutions. Jobact Petrochem Ltd

In 2007, Jobact Petrochem Limited (JPL) was acquired by First People Solutions to further complement Tudor Personnel and the technical engineering team in Glasgow.  Jobact is a recruitment consultancy dealing mainly with the recruitment of engineers in the Oil and Gas industry plus Power, Rail & other heavy industry sectors, in the UK and abroad.

Each member of the Jobact team has over twenty five years experience in their target technical and commercial industry areas. Their knowledge of the business is therefore comprehensive and they are fully conversant with the many and varied demands of the market.  Jobact prides itself on knowing what Clients actually want, particularly when searching the market for specialist Engineering/Design and Project Management/Services personnel.
